Get bread rising.&lt;br /&gt;2.  Make Salad&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;Monday before dinner:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Get the chicken dish in the crockpot.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Monday mid-afternoon:&lt;br /&gt;2.  Start the bread.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Monday before dinner:&lt;br /&gt;1.  Make the salads. Stick in the fridge til dinner time.&lt;br /&gt;2.  Bake the bread.&lt;br /&gt;3.  Boil the pasta.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Monday Night:&lt;br /&gt;1.  Soak the black eyed peas.&lt;br /&gt;2.  Take pork steak out of freezer.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;Tuesday mid-afternoon:&lt;br /&gt;1.  Season and  brown pork steak and pressure cook. &lt;br /&gt;2.  Pressure cook the peas.  After pressure is released, season peas, adding some ham or sausage.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tuesday Before Dinner:&lt;br /&gt;1.  Cook the Rice.&lt;br /&gt;2.  Make the cornbread.&lt;br /&gt;3.  Remove the pork from the juices and make the gravy.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tuesday Night:&lt;br /&gt;1.  Take steaks out of the freezer.&lt;br /&gt;2.  Wash the potatoes.&lt;br /&gt;3.  Make sure there's Artisan Bread dough in the fridge.&lt;br /&gt;4.  Make the cornbread for Christmas Day.&lt;br /&gt;5.  Make sure turkey breast is thawing on schedule.&lt;br /&gt;6.  Tear the white bread for the dressings.  Leave out to harden.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Wednesday Morning:&lt;br /&gt;1.  Wrap potatoes in foil (if desired) and stick in crockpot.&lt;br /&gt;2. Season the brisket.  Put it in the crockpot and get it going.  Let it cook overnight.&lt;br /&gt;2.  Wash and dry potatoes.  Set aside.&lt;br /&gt;3.  Wash and soak dry beans overnight.&lt;br /&gt;4.  Make sure the Artisan Bread is made up and in the fridge.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Monday Morning:&lt;br /&gt;1.  Wrap the potatoes in foil.  Put into crockpot and let cook all day.&lt;br /&gt;2.  Cook the beans in pressure cooker. Season and let sit til close to time for dinner.&lt;br /&gt;3.  Check brisket.  If it's tender, take it out and put the juice in the fridge so the grease can get hard and skim it off.&lt;br /&gt;4.  Make sure there's a chicken thawed or thawing.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Monday Afternoon:&lt;br /&gt;1.  Slice the brisket.  Make a BBQ sauce using the pan drippings.&lt;br /&gt;2.
